The congress provides the opportunity for engineers working in the field of noise control to come together and exchange ideas about their industry. With more than one hundred technical sessions covering a wide range of issues facing the noise control industry and exhibitors in attendance, we will be questioning….

  • How have our choices as a society affected the noise levels to which people are exposed at work, at home and in our leisure time?  How has that influenced the noise control profession?
  • What have been our noise control successes, failures, and lessons learned?
  • Most people enjoy the benefits of many products that are much quieter than in the past, sadly, the sound levels from other products remain high. Why is this?

As noise control professionals, the attendees of this conference devote their lives to promoting solutions to environmental, product, machinery, industrial and other noise problems.
